Personal Check shipping and handling is $2.75 per box. Optional expedited delivery is also available. See below Price List for details.

3 Q. How long will it take to receive my checks?
A. Personal Check orders with standard delivery (USPS bulk mail) will arrive
10-14 business days after receipt of order for continental US customers.
2-Day orders typically arrive up to 6 business days after receipt of order and
Next Day orders arrive up to 5 days after receipt of order. Estimates
include production time.

Blue Safety and Majestic America designs are guaranteed to be printed and
shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
* Regular Delivery - arrives 7-10 business days after receipt of order
* 2 Day - arrives 4-5 business days after receipt of order
* Next Day - arrives 3-4 business days after receipt of order

All Home Desk, Business Desk, and Computer Check orders are shipped via
Ground service and will arrive 1-7 business days after shipment depending on your
distance from our Maryland or Georgia supplier. All Accessories (labels,
stampers, leather covers) are shipped separately via First Class Mail and
will arrive 7-10 business days after receipt of order.

If there are questions about your order, we will email you for direction.
Delayed responses will affect the timing estimates. Most orders are approved
and processed immediately without delay.

4 Q. How can I check the status of my order?

5 Q. What methods of payment are accepted for online orders?
A. Discover, American Express, Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards.

6 Q. What do I do if I receive an error message?
A. Please try again at a later time. We apologize for any inconvenience and would appreciate your help to resolve the error. Please e-mail
the error message and time that it occurred as well as the operating system (Windows, Mac) and browser and version (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator) us at sales@promisechecks.com.

7 Q. Do you have side tear checks?
A. Personal checks come in top tear format only. Home desk, business, and computer checks come in a variety of formats including side tear.

8 Q. Can the verses on the checks be changed or removed?
A. The verses are part of the original artwork and cannot be removed or changed.

9 Q. What are duplicate checks?
A. The duplicate check style consists of 150 personal checks per box with a carbonless lightweight paper in between each check. The duplicate records all written transactions and may be used as a reference copy.

10 Q. Do you offer checks on recycled paper?
A. Currently, we do not print checks with recycled paper.

11 Q. How can I get a brochure?

12 Q. What security features do you offer on your checks?
A. Promise Checks offers important safeguards to protect your checks.

  • MicroPrint Signature Line Small type in signature line appears as dotted line when photocopied.

  • Chemical Protection Stains or spots appear with chemical alteration.

  • Security Screen on the back of the check.

13 Q. What if I want my checks shipped to a different address?
A. As a matter of protecting your security, we cannot ship check orders to a different address than the one imprinted on the order. This is one of the ways Promise Checks can protect the security of your personal and financial information.

14 Q. Can I have my checks printed without an address on them?
A. We apologize that we are unable to print an Internet order without an address. We understand that this security measure may create an inconvenience for you. However, we must ship your checks to an address printed on your checks for your protection.

15 Q. Is it possible to have a five digit check number on my personal checks?
A. We will accept five digit check numbers for personal check orders. Please be advised that the five digit check number will appear in the upper right hand corner of the personal check. Only the last four of the five digits will be printed with the routing and account numbers along the bottom of your check. This limitation is required by most US financial institutions. For further explanation, please contact our customer service at 1-800-977-6647, (Mon-Fri, 8a.m. to 8p.m. EST).

16 Q. How are accessories shipped?
A. Labels, Self-inking Stampers, and Leather Checkbook Covers are shipped separately via First Class Mail. Expedited delivery is not available for accessories.

17 Q. Are there limitations to the custom message?
A. There are 35 characters allowed per line on eligible designs.

Promise Checks is a Christian based company committed to promotion of Biblical values. Custom message is provided free of charge to our customers as a courtesy. Promise Checks reserves the right to decline such messages if they are determined by management to contradict Christian standards. In the event that a message is declined, checks will be printed without a message.

If the customer is not satisfied with the checks, a full refund will be provided upon receipt of the returned checks.

18 Q. Do you offer special pricing or incentives to online customers?
A. Only with Promise Checks do you receive the same low price the first time and every time you order online! Our online promotions are available to new customers and reorder customers alike. While our competitors penalize loyalty, Promise Checks rewards it! Furthermore, we do not require multiple box purchases.

Our current online promotion is your third box of the same design at only $1.95. In addition, we offer special incentives and promotional pricing on various designs throughout the year. We also offer a FREE custom message option on all accommodating check styles. Value and quality make Promise Checks your best choice... first time, every time.

19 Q. Do you offer products for customers outside of the United States?
A. Unfortunately, we can only print checks for US financial institutions due to differing bank specifications. We ship our products to customers within the United States and its territories only.

20 Q. Can I order checks for more than one account within the same order?
A. Yes, you may click "Add New Checking Account" to add as many accounts to your profile as you would like. Please create a unique name for each account and complete the required check imprint and bank information fields. Please be sure to select the proper account name from the account drop down box next to the check product listing and preview your finished check before submitting your final order.
