to our check line, we also offer accessories such as leather covers, labels
and stampers. Our products offer great value with low prices, speed, high
quality and wherever possible a Christian message. If your organization
would like to link with us, we would be pleased to partner with you under
the following conditions:
1. Restrictions
Linkage may not be granted if the link website communicates any content
which violates the Christian standards of Promise Checks. Promise Checks
reserves the right to review the content in Link Partner websites at any
time and may withdraw link rights for objectionable content.
2. Indemnification
Linkage will hold Promise Checks harmless against any legal claims or any
other liabilities associated with the Link Partner.
3. Management Exclusivity
Link Partner agrees to exclusive management rights by Promise Checks to
manage and direct pricing and selection and promotion of all products at
www.promisechecks.com. Link Partner acknowledges that this relationship with
Promise Checks does not constitute a business partnership, agency,
franchise, joint venture or employment. Both Promise Checks and Link
Partners are independent managers of respective websites. Likewise, Promise
Checks will not be involved in any way in the management of the websites of
our Link Partners.
4. Changes
Link Partners may contact Promise Checks to initiate changes at any time
regarding ad links, text links or to submit questions at
partners@promisechecks.com. Furthermore, Promise Checks reserves the right
to amend this contract as deemed necessary. Such changes may or may not be
acceptable to the Link Partner. If changes are not acceptable, termination
as provided in paragraph 5 may be enforced at any time by either party.
5. Termination
Link Partners are free at any time to cancel linkage by emailing such
requests to partners@promisechecks.com. Likewise, Promise Checks reserves
the right to terminate linkage at any time without conditions.
6. Reciprocity
Link Partner agrees to link Promise Checks from their website in the form of
an ad or a text ad. Promise Checks agrees to feature the Link Partners
website in our View Link Partners page. This agreement between partners
(Promise Checks and Link Partner) provides a means to establish mutual
linkage on both partners' sites.
7. Financial Commitment
There are no financial commitments between Promise Checks and the Link
Partner. Promise Checks will provide full support to our Link Partners to
execute mutual linkage at no cost to our Link Partners.
